Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site.

• Request forms: your name, phone number and email, your business name, trade and current website, and anything else you tell us about your business.
• Confirmation email: if you give us an email address with a request, we send you one short email confirming we received it. We do not add you to a mailing list for this.
• Follow-up reminders: if nobody on our team has marked your request as handled, our system sends the business owner one reminder to call you back. Reminders go to our team, not to you.
• Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting. It does not use advertising cookies.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We also count clicks on call, booking and form buttons, without storing who clicked.

How we use it

To make your free mockup, call or email you about it, and follow up about a website for your business. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

We will only text or call you about your request because you asked us to. Reply STOP to any text or tell us on the phone to opt out.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Cloudflare (hosting, database, spam protection, analytics)
• Our email or messaging provider (to alert our team about new requests)

How long we keep it

We keep request details as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting [email protected] / (901) 443-9247. Virginia residents have these rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
